Vacuum Pre-Coat Filter

A vacuum pre-coat filter cleans up liquids from the traces of contaminants. The drum is pre-coated with a filter aid with arranged and known particle size to obtain a clearer filtration result. A material named “diatomite”, perlite, cellulose and a special wood type is used to form this precoat media.

Vacuum pre-coat filters are generally used in food, chemical and water treatment industries and they produced in sizes between 4,5 m² and 66 m² as per surfaces.
