Flakers

Flakers are used to solidify the materials that solidify when cooled while they are in hot liquid form after leaving the process in the form of hot liquid. Some pesticides are used in the solid production of materials such as special paraffins and caustic.

They are designed and manufactured in various sizes and materials depending on the material properties.

In principle, it consists of a trough and a rotating drum and rotating heads at both ends of the drum shaft and a scraper.

The hot material is poured into the vessel, when the drum enters the hot material in this vessel, the surface cooled from the inside contacts with the material and the material cools and adheres to the surface, and the material adhered to the surface on the other side of the rotating drum is removed as a solid with the scraper.
